anyone know anything about cornwall pride?

Last years 2007 successful Cornwall LGBT Gay PRIDE Beach Day steering group has disbanded.

The 2007 PRIDE steering group, which consisted of 20 LGBT, Gay men, Gay women, & Gay Youth did so following concerns and fears about the continuing homophobic attitudes & practises of Cornwall police officers against gay persons.

There are NO plans for a LGBT PRIDE Beach Day this year despite last years successful event, directly due to Cornwall police continued hostility & prejudices towards gay persons.

It was rumoured that a new PRIDE group had started in Truro, however repeated email enquiries sent to the group are said to remain unreplied to?

They decline to reply to emails according to some womens groups I am in contact with!

They have not replied to any of my own emails either...so its not just me!

There will be no Cornwall LGBT PRIDE beach picnic like last year as a DIRECT result of Cornwall police continuing homophobic attitudes & practise, dishonesty & prejudice towards gay persons in Cornwall. The 2007 Cornwall LGBT PRIDE steering group disbanded.

Which police officers are to blame...

NO GAY PERSON is SAFE as long as there are police officers like DC Magnus Scott 3033 & some of his other colleagues in Cornwall, and his reported conduct remains UNINVESTIGATED!
