in the LORD MAYOR'S DAY PARADE on Saturday 17th May.

Plymouth Pride Event in partnership with Plymouth Pride Forum will be celebrating the
30th Anniversary of the Rainbow Flag
and
International Day Against HOmophobia (IDAHO)
(which is also on the 17th May) www.idaho.org.uk

Please meet on Plymouth Hoe between 11am - 1pm
Look for the Plymouth Pride Event float covered in Rainbow Flags, so dress how you like! and bring your rainbow flag and join us in the parade through the city centre. Local samba band Crooked Tempo will be joining the float to give it a truly Mardi Gras feeling on the day.

hope the words gay and lesbian will be paramount this year as last year no one had a clue , they just thought it was a float about being proud of plymouth , sighs

you will need to pass on your comments to the organisers of the float, you might want to mention Bi-sexual and Trans if you want to be fully inclusive.
